Buchymix Europe Returns & Refund Policy

At Buchymix, we stand behind the quality of every product we sell and are committed to providing premium products and excellent customer service.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase made directly from www.buchymix.eu, you may return your product within 14 days of receiving your order, subject to the conditions below.

To initiate a return, please contact our Customer Support team at support@buchymix.eu to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) before sending your product back.

Please note: Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Buchymix does not provide prepaid return labels or reimburse return shipping charges unless required by applicable law.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, all of the following conditions must be met:

• The product was purchased directly from www.buchymix.eu.
• An RMA must be requested within 14 days of receiving your order.
• The product must not be marked as Final Sale.
• The product must be returned in one of the following conditions:
  • New: Unused, with all original packaging, manuals, accessories, and promotional items.
  • Used: Clean, in good working condition, with no physical damage caused by misuse.
• All original parts, accessories, manuals, and packaging must be included with the return.

Please Note

• A €50 cleaning fee will be charged for products returned in an unclean or unsanitary condition.
• We strongly recommend using the original packaging to help protect the product during transit.

Return Inspection & Refunds

Once your return has been received, please allow up to 14 business days for inspection.

If your return is approved:

• Your refund will be issued to your original payment method.
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
• Refunds are typically processed within 10 business days after approval, although your bank or payment provider may require additional time to post the refund.

Return Shipping

• Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
• Original shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
• Customers assume all risk of loss or damage while the product is being returned to Buchymix.
• We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service and keeping your proof of postage until your refund has been processed.

Restocking Fees

Buchymix reserves the right to refuse a return or charge a 25% restocking fee, or the replacement value of any missing parts or accessories (whichever is greater), if:

• Parts or accessories are missing.
• The product is returned damaged due to misuse or inadequate packaging.
• The product is returned in a condition that significantly reduces its resale value.

Final Sale Items

Products marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return or refund, except where required by applicable law.
